Merry Christmas From Myrtle Beach

Hello everyone, Its December and we are only 2 days away from Christmas and then the New Year will be upon us in no time…. So Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Holidays….

Jodi and I have been enjoying our winter stay here in Myrtle Beach tremendously and are so glad we came here for our long winter stay.  Lots to see and do. The weather has been great, only once had a Tornado Warning, I think last year we had two by now, and about two to three more were in Jan and February.  We have been on the beach and in the indoor pool and enjoying every min of our time here.  The temperatures have been mid to upper 60s so far, and had only two morning that is was close to 32, freezing. It’s been great walking the beach and collecting shells. Walked the Boardwalk to check out the Christmas lights.

We even went to a Christmas Show they call the Legend and was a wonderful show, with famous Celebrity imposters… Elvis, Dolly Parton, Nat King Cole, Rod Stewart and the Blues Brothers.. Here are some pictures.  We have also gone to another Show they call the Alabama Theater Show.  They do lots of dancing and entertaining, was a very pretty and great show.

We have also decorated for Christmas outside and inside of our home on wheels… We look forward to decorating our home for the holidays. Merry Christmas everyone…

Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to you all!!! Stay tuned and will update you in a little while.. Thank you all for being followers to our Blog and Adventures…

Update Of Our Winter Stay

Hello everyone, we are here at Myrtle Beach and will be for the rest of the winter. Till April 1st. Just wanted to give you all an update of our first month here. We are enjoying the real warm days that the local people here are saying isn’t normal. It has been a real warm and sunny fall/winter and very little rain, but we did have a real bad rain storm about two weeks ago, and yes that became a Tornado Warning for us once again. It wasn’t to bad, but there was rotation of two locations around us, and one was about 2 miles away from us. Very scary.

We have been enjoying the beach and getting darker every week. Beach and pool time. Jodi and I have been walking the beach a lot and finding shells like Conchs and other types of shells. I even found a live star fish, and I did let him go. We love walking and looking for shells. Some of our walks end up being between 2 to 4 miles.. Fun Fun..

Jodi and I are planning on going to the Myrtle Beach Board Walk, and check out Myrtle Beach Hard Rock Cafe, some of the local attractions like the Carolina Opry Christmas show. The house of Blues and many other places here in Myrtle Beach.. Will keep you up to date as the months go on.. There are so many things to do while here in Myrtle Beach…

While here we have made some new friends and seeing some interesting stuff. I will be taking some pictures of some sun sets and sun rises and just got some good shots of the moon coming up over the ocean tonight. Will try again tomorrow night, was not happy with tonight.

We are lucky to be so close to the beach at this park and also the nice little lake that we are on while we are here. This is our view when there are no Rvers on the lake during the winter season. December to April…. Lucky us…

Jodi and I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving holiday. Hope all is well and do want to make sure you know we are thinking of you all during the holidays…

Stay tuned and we will be keeping you all updated in the next month…
