Our summer spot in the Finger Lakes, New York

Jodi and I have been up here at Schuttler Keuka View Resort ( family land ) for almost a month now.. Have been enjoying life in Peacefulness.  We have the good fortune of being able to stay here to camp for the summer on a very nice spot over looking one of the Finger Lakes,   KEUKA LAKE…

This area is known for the Wine Trails. Along every lake of the Finger Lakes they have many many wineries and it’s referred to as the wine trails of the Finger Lakes.

We tell a lot of our RV friends that we have come across in our past travels, if they come to UP State NY, you must check out the Finger Lakes area.. Wine touring all over, and Breweries are also big in the area too. So to all of our RV friends out there, please come see us in NY….

Some pictures of the Camp Spot on the hill….

Up the road a little, there is an scenic overlook of Keuka lake…

A few pictures of what they call the head of the lake, Southern tip of

       Keuka Lake..

While We are here Jodi and I do plan on later in July, heading to Hamlin Beach State Park outside of Rochester, off of Lake Ontario. Heading there for a few days to have fun with the annual family reunion. We are looking forward as always in seeing some family while camping.

After leaving Hamlin Beach, we plan on heading for a few days to Letchworth State Park also in NY, near Mount Morris. We will be camping in a few places in NY and then for our winter travels, we are heading to Myrtle Beach for 6 months. We can’t wait to have a great Summer and will post more pictures as we head to our other camping adventures in NY…

This is our last Stop before getting back up to our favorite spot up on my parents property..

We miss and love this cozy spot up on the Schuttler Keuka View Resort hill top….

Just before our stop here in PA, we added our last state of our first year and 2 months on the road…. Bulltown, West Virginia.

WV. It does have some history.  We stayed at this Corps of Engineers Campground. It was a nice place with full hookups. Some spot on the water, we did not want any on the water, we had enough bad storm experience with us being on the water.  This place we stayed there for a few days and headed to PA. We have been to Pennsylvania two other times before this trip to Gettysburg, we were here a year ago and didn’t see everything, so we went back to see the rest.

I threw on the uniform of one of the solders

On November 19, 1863, President Abraham Lincoln delivered a short speech at the end of the ceremonies dedicating the battlefield cemetery at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. That speech has come to be known as the Gettysburg Address.

This campground is nice. It has a Farm on it and was turned into a campground. We have some Farm animals here.

Always wanted a John deere..

We have a nice spot and here for about 4 more days and then heading up to NY…

We will be heading home to NY here in a few days, and once we get all set up we will let you know.. Looking forward to seeing some family and friends when we get there…. Hope all have been doing well and trying to stay safe from all the bad storms… Be safe and keep following where we will Bobble to next..
