Our Tour of Albuquerque, NM (Breaking Bad)

We did not have much time to do much here in Albuquerque, NM.  While we were here, but we remembered that Breaking Bad, and Better Call Saul is filmed here..All you hard core Breaking Bad fans out there, this is the place to come to see where they filmed most of the show..  Well there are some Film locations that we went to visit while here.  The truck needed to be washed and we visited the Octopus Car Wash that Walter and Skyler owned. They did a great Job washing it too. See, my truck was first in line…

These are pictures of the now and before when the show was running. We did take the pictures of the Car Wash Mister and I found the ones from the show off the net.

Inside the car wash there were some pictures of some of the cast.

I visited the Los Pollos Hermanos, now called Twisters, and was Twisters before the show. Jodi was not feeling well, so I went myself. When I got there, they still had some props and a TV playing Breaking Bad while you sit and eat. I had to eat at the same booth that Walter sat and ate at. It was open so I sat there…

Had a Cheese Burger and Curly Fries..

Waiting for Gus to come in!!

Wanted to go visit Walters house, but did not have a chance to go, but did get a picture from the net. I heard the people who live there are not to friendly, and do not want you on there property, so just look from the road.

When I was at Wal-Mart picking up a few things, I saw this RV in the parking lot… LOL and maybe saw Walter shopping too… lol

What a thrill it was to be able to see some of the film locations, there are many more, and if we had time here, we would have seen a lot more… We will be coming here again in a few years…

We are heading to Texas tomorrow..  Stay tuned… where will we Bobble to next..??

The Bobble Head Travelers,  Mark and Jodi..   Happy Camping…

Albuquerque New Mexico

Another quick stop in Albuquerque New Mexico.. We are here just for 3 days and will be heading to Amarillo, TX and Northern Texas near Wichita Falls in a few days.

This is a nice park, but near the highway, I-40, and the Old Route 66… A little noisy with the highway close to park. They have nice sites, small and large RV sites.. about 225 sites…

Had some hot air balloons flying over Albuquerque this morning. The pictures on here are all courtesy of the internet. I did not take any of the pictures except the RV site of our RV…

We are hoping again that we get back to NY without hitting any of the nasty storms popping up along the central united states. Keep us in prayers for a safe return…

Stay tuned for more updates along the way, The Bobble Head Travelers,  Mark and Jodi..
